Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, were sometimes noisy due to their proximity to the bar, elevator, and event room. The limited number of newer style rooms was a downside. On the bright side, the staff was courteous and friendly throughout our visit.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While the newer style rooms were beautiful and spacious, there were only 4 available, indicating a need for an upgrade. However, I encountered plumbing issues during my 3-day stay that the staff couldn't resolve. The service was good, with the staff remembering our preferences and offering helpful tips, including a nice touch of providing us with a glass of wine. The location was enjoyable and close to Downtown Napa and scenic river views, although the restaurant service was slow and overpriced. The dining options were good, especially for filling up before tastings, with a variety of fresh fruits and cheese. Sadly, the facilities could benefit from improvements. Price may not fully align with experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was enormous, complete with a jacuzzi tub and a balcony overlooking the Napa River, but it was disappointing that the newer style rooms were limited, and we couldn't upgrade. The service was friendly and attentive, although there was a minor disturbance with a woman hiding in our room. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Napa and enjoying the riverside walkway, but the price should have been reduced. The dining experience had its ups and downs. The facilities were generally good, despite needing some improvements.
The hotel promised a riverfront view, but unfortunately, it was not visible from the room. The room itself was clean and had a fully stocked fridge, but it felt quite outdated compared to the photos online. Additionally, the proximity to the bar, elevator, and event room made for a noisy experience with early morning staff activities and guest movements.
